Ich kann das Malen nur empfehlen. Es eignet sich so gut, um den absolut unbekannten Ort kennenzulernen und damit klar zu kommen. Natürlich kommt einem immer wieder die Angst in die Quere, etwas könnte schief gehen, es sollte doch anders sein, ich müsste doch wissen, was ich mache und all das. Doch gerade dann empfiehlt es sich, ganz da zu sein und einfach weiterzumachen, bis das Licht hervorbricht …

Und dann ist da noch etwas: lm Malen ist es durchaus möglich, in seine Kraft zu kommen, als Mann oder als Frau, sich ganz in das jeweilige Potenzial zu dehnen und dadurch in der Lage zu sein, nun all die unglaublichen Eindrücke auszudrücken – die sich im Laufe des Lebens von Kindheit an wie Münzen in die Seele geprägt haben …

Und noch etwas: Mal ist man entspannt unterwegs, verliert sich jedoch bald in Gedanken, gerät in die dunklen Nebengassen der Konditionierung, tappt eine Weile fluchend im Nebel und Sumpf herum, um dann doch wieder aufzutauchen und die Rückkehr am Bankett des Lichtes zu feiern. Malen spiegelt dieses menschliche Spiel wieder und gewinnt im bejahenden Erkennen die Freiheit zurück. Es ist kein Problem, sich zu verlieren …

Und noch etwas: Was in der*dem Künstler*in auftaucht, wird sofort transformiert. Ist da Wut, dann beginnt etwas in einem bereits grimmig zu grinsen, denn es geht zur Sache. Wut verabschiedet zaudern und es wird richtig auf die Farbtube gedrückt. Ist da Hoffnungslosigkeit, wandert der Pinsel zwar erschöpft in mutlosen Tälern, hinterlässt jedoch dennoch leuchtende Spuren. Die Hand schwingt flackernd durch Zweifel und alte Stimmen sicher wie eine Wünschelrute …

Man ist zu zweit: das Profane und das Magische. Muggels und Zauberer. Und wir haben die Wahl, uns entweder in den Geschichten über Anerkennung und Leistung zu verstricken oder das Gold der Tage und die Perlen der Nacht zu ernten. Letztlich ist die Frage nicht, was hast du erreicht, sondern wie ist deine Beziehung den Sternen und zum Gras?

In jedem Moment, in dem bewusste Anwesenheit nicht nur wahrgenommen, sondern auch gefeiert wird, erntet man das Gold der Tage und die Perlen der Nacht. Immer, wenn das Profane mit dem Magischen verbunden wird, wächst die Beziehung zu den Sternen wie Gras …
